A PhD qualified international development and public health specialist with over 20 years’ experience spanning academic research, policy development, policy analysis, project implementation, programme management, monitoring and evaluation. Possesses vast consulting experience; successfully working in academia, for a donor government (DFID), UN Agencies (UNICEF and UNFPA) and completing projects for clients based in Africa, Central Asia, Eastern Europe and Asia, for Save the Children, UNICEF, UNDP, ADB, DFID, the World Bank and the Gates Foundation. Demonstrates a track record of original, innovative, internationally recognised research and has published extensively in international economic development and public health journals.
