Biography
I am a ME&L Specialist with proven expertise and experience in designing and maintaining robust ME&L systems that leverage high-quality adaptive programming and ensure standards and promising practices are documented and disseminated. With over 18 years of experience with a strong focus on food security assistance, climate smart agriculture, resilience building and sustainable natural resource management, I possess a wealth of experience in implementing ME&L systems for a wide range of donor-funded agricultural and rural development programmes. Overall, I have a wealth of experience in team leadership, performance management, information management, people management, external engagement and facilitating learning. I have acquired and demonstrated personal strengths and competencies in communication, analysis, innovative facilitation, computer proficiency and team spirit. My academic qualification as a demographer disposes me to use qualitative and quantitative techniques comfortably.
