Mr. Sapiens Ndatabaye, doubly specialized, in international cooperation, and information management systems, has regularly followed in-depth professional training in the coordination of humanitarian emergency activities, effective monitoring, rapid and in-depth assessment, better preparedness for emergency response, Team engagement and coordination, negotiating for humanitarian access, data management, and visualization.
