Biography
Moussa DIAL LO est analyste SIG et promoteur de la cartographie numérique libre avec des compétences en Système de Gestion des Bases de Données (SGBD). Il est titulaire d'un diplôme en Géographie (Bac+3) de l'Université Général Lansana Conté de Sonfonia Conakry (UGLC-SC). Avec tans d'expérience en Système d'Information Géographique (SIG).
Il est familier aux équipements suivants (logiciels et applications): QGIS, Map Info, Arcgis, OpenStreetMap, JOSM, Google Earth, GPS, Pack office, Kobocollect, Sphinx, Open Data kit (ODK), OsmAnd, Osmtracker, Mapilary etc.
Une bonne connaissance du monde humanitaire.
