Biography
Currently, manages a regional climate change Project at UNOPS Central Africa office. From 2018 to 2024, représentés UNOPS in Niger.
2017-2018 - served as Project Management Senior advisor at UNOPS Latin America and Caribbean Region Brazilian Office and also led capacity building missions for World Bank affiliate – Global Environmental Facilities.
2014-2017, joined UNOPS as Senior Project Management Advisor participating in a variety of internal and partner-focused advisory and capacity building engagements around the world.
- 2013/14 led a mission to advise Yemen’s ministries of planning and finance to manage a portfolio worth 7 billion dollars of international aid.
2003-2013, divided his between teaching and researching at Brazilian, Angolan and French universities and consulting in public and private sectors.
1983 started his career in private sector both national and multinational, and later in the government of state of São Paulo, in Brazil.
