Biography
Frankline is a Knowledge Management, Development Communication, Programme Management and research expert with over 20 years of fascinating experience, serving global stakeholders, including the World Bank, IMF, OECD, PARIS21, Guttmacher Institute, SNV & IFORD. He is from the academia and is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Yaounde II. Since 2017, he has served the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA), successfully managing programs and implementing projects in Knowledge management; information systems design, development, engineering, re-engineering; content creation, curation, and development, etc. He previously served as a Global Information Management Officer at SNV; and Data Revolution & Information Management Officer at IFORD. He holds a Ph.D. degree with distinctive honors in Information and Communication Sciences. He has authored several publications and has a mastery of both the English and French languages.
