Biography
Ashutosh is a well versed management expert specializing in the field of programme and project management, particularly in the field of partnerships and resource mobilization, administrative management, organization of support services – protocol and logistics management, and procurement practices. He has been an advisor to the Commissioner of Human Resources, Science and Technology at the African Union Commission on matters pertaining to science, technology, education, bio safety, ICT and youth. He has worked mainly in international organizations and holds a Master in Business Administration specializing in International Management from the European University.
