Biography
Aida Opoku-Mensah is Special Advisor to the Executive Secretary and Officer-in-Charge of the Chief of Staff, Office of the Executive Secretary. Her areas of expertise include economic and political affairs, with specific focus on electoral affairs, information management and systems and technology. Her recent publications include questions on the implications of the fourthindustrial revolution for Africa, discussions on mobile banking as a potential financing revolution, and on the role of science in the post-2015 agenda. Ms. Opoku-Mensah holds a Ph.D. in media and democratization in Africa from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom.
