Biography
Ibrahim Abdi Djama is a Programme Management Officer at the Publications & Conference Management Section of the Publications, Conference & Knowledge Management Division. His areas of expertise include programme management, planning, design and implementation of large scale projects, information and communication technology, financial management and accounting. He is a member of the Think Tank HORNSTRADEV (Horn of Africa Strategic and Social Development Think Tank). Mr. Djama holds a M.A. in management of companies and institutions from the Universit? de Pau et des Pays de l?Adour, France.
