Biography
Demba Diarra is Chief of the Systems-wide Coherence & Quality Assurance Section at the Strategic Planning, Oversight & Results Division. His areas of expertise include business analysis & programme management, regional integration and transport, and communications projects. Mr. Diarra holds a M.A. from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce (ESC) de Rouen, France.
