Biography
Ms. Chisamya is a highly experienced programme management expert with a strong background in monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, programme/project design, Results-Based Management, social policy, community development, governance, and human resources management. With over 20 years of experience, she has worked with the United Nations, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) including Care International and research institutions, contributing to impactful program design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. She is currently engaged in Strategic Planning and Corporate Policy within the Strategic Planning, Oversight, and Results Division of the UN Economic Commission for Africa. She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from the University of Malawi and a Master’s degree in Development Evaluation and Management from University of Antwerp, Belgium. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Development Studies at the University of South Africa.
