Biography
Ali Assaad is a Procurement Officer from the Procurement Unit at the Division of Administration. His areas of expertise include procurement, engineering and management development. Prior to joining ECA, he worked as a Field Procurement and Logistics Officer for the United Nations Reincludef and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the near East (UNRWA) in Lebanon. Mr. Assaad holds a M.A. in supply chain management from the Chartered Institute for Purchasing and Supply, United Kingdom.
